Facial surgery rewards restraint. The goal is a face that looks rested and like you, not operated on. Dr. Khan plans facial procedures around the structure you already have, choosing the technique that fits the degree of change you want rather than defaulting to the largest operation.
For some facial procedures, such as a facelift in appropriate candidates, she offers an awake approach under local anesthesia. For others, general anesthesia is the right plan. Which applies to you is part of the consultation conversation.
